An NRC value of 0.90 means the panel can absorb approximately 90% of the sound energy that strikes its surface, making it highly effective at reducing echo and improving speech intelligibility in enclosed spaces. For enhanced acoustic performance, the panels may be installed with an air gap behind them, allowing additional sound energy to be absorbed across a wider frequency range.

PET Polyester Acoustic Panels, Wood wool boards and PU Foam Acoustic Panels are designed for acoustic treatment, which means they reduce echo and reverberation within a room. They are not intended to block sound from passing through walls or ceilings.
